How to ask
- Fill in the form below with the email address you sign in with. You can also email [email protected] from that address.
- We check that the request comes from the owner of the login. For a whole organization, we check that you are its owner or an admin.
- We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your login: your name, email, role and sign-in history. Records you created for your organization stay with that organization, because they belong to it.
- A whole organization: all its users and all its records. Before we delete it, the owner can take an Excel export.
What we keep, and for how long
- Security logs: at least one year, as Indian law requires.
- Invoices and tax records: for as long as Indian tax law requires.
- Backups: deleted automatically after a fixed number of days. We do not restore deleted accounts from them.
